Located on an acreage in Parkland County, Alberta, Diane spends her time walking kilometers of parkland’s rolling hills, visiting the mountains for hiking, waterfalls and hot springs, and spending evenings around a backyard fire pit, often under Alberta’s northern lights. Year-round, the pit is a beloved gathering place — even in winter, when the fire burns high and the stars shine brighter.
Diane’s travel repertoire includes exploring the red rocks and vortexes of Sedona, Arizona, favorite ports in Florida to cruise through the Bahamas and the Caribbean, and unwinding on warm, sandy beaches — always seeking destinations where nature, culture, and relaxation meet. As much as country living offers peace and simplicity, the long days and hard work at home inspire a deep appreciation for luxury when traveling. Special occasions often call for indulgence in five-star resorts and high-end accommodations, where the experience becomes as restorative as the destination itself.
Upcoming adventures include a Spring Break 2026 celebration in Mazatlán – an all-inclusive escape for a mom-and-daughters trip with their BFFs, marking her daughter and her best friend’s 30th birthday. A European journey to Belgium, France, and Norway awaits in 2026, continuing her pursuit of global adventure.
Outside of travel, Diane is a wellness advocate often found in local yoga studios and attending rejuvenating retreats. She’s a regular at farmers markets, embracing intentional living and supporting local producers.
